Dustin Faeth Founder & CEODustin Faeth is the founder of DF Premier Homes, LLC, based in Columbus, Ohio. As a graduate of the University of Toledo, with a BA in Marketing and Professional Sales, Dustin decided to move to Columbus and soon after purchased his first property in 2005 near the campus of The Ohio State University. He lived in that property for a couple of years, making improvements and then decided to move out and hold it as his very first rental property.
… guess you could say that was the start of it all, but not before spending several years in the corporate world, until early 2013, when Dustin decided it was time to take the leap to become an entrepreneur and business owner. After countless real estate books, seminars, and coaching from his mentors, Dustin decided to start a real estate investing company and pursue his passion of real estate full time. Fast forward to today, Dustin has successfully completed well over 250+ real estate transactions with a strong focus on residential redevelopment and new development, and continues to build a steady rental portfolio, as well.

Nicole Faeth CFO
Nicole Faeth is the CFO of DF Premier Homes. Nicole is a graduate of Muskingum University with a BA in Speech Communications and a minor in Theatre. Nicole is originally from Hermitage, Pennsylvania, but made the permanent move to Columbus in 2014.
Nicole is skilled in several areas, which include but not limited to Event Management and Execution, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Social Media Marketing, and Leadership. Her prior job experience as an Executive Casino Host with Hollywood Casino Columbus, Field Marketing Specialist with Quaker Steak & Lube, Head Volleyball Coach for Hermitage School District, and Sales/On Air Talent for Cumulus Broadcasting has prepared her for her role with DF Premier Homes.
Nicole is outgoing, energetic, and high spirited which makes her extremely excited about her new venture with DF Premier Homes. As a four year collegiate athlete, Nicole has the competitive drive to take on any obstacle or challenge that’s thrown her way, which puts you in good hands when you work with DF Premier Homes. Nicole prides herself on being a people person so she can’t wait to meet you!
